CSGP Public Notice T&H Investments (12821 E. New Market St., Suite 300, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Artesian Place Townhomes project, located in Morgan County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located west of Artesian Avenue across from the intersections of E. Hanna Drive/E. Russell Drive and Artesian Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10/Township 11 North/Range 1 East of the Second Principle Meridian.
