CSGP Public Notice Arbor Homes (9225 Harrison Park Court, Indianapolis, IN 46216) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Cold Springs at Huntzinger Farm Section 5 project, located in Madison County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located 1,500' east of Fairfield Lane & Huntzinger Boulevard, Pendleton, Indiana, part of the NW Quarter, Section 28, Township 18N, Range 7E. Geist Reservoir-Fall Creek will receive run-off from the project site.
