CWA Authority Inc Legal Notice PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on December 10, 2025, the Board of Directors for CWA Authority, Inc., (the "Authority") intends to hold a public hearing for the adoption of amendments to Resolution CWA No. 2-2011, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS FOR DISCHARGES INTO THE WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM OWNED AND OPERATED BY CWA AUTHORITY, INC. The public hearing will be held at 2150 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. The proposed amendments to Resolution CWA No. 2-2011 can be reviewed at the Meridian Street lobby at the offices of Citizens Energy Group located at 2020 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Written comments will be accepted from the public but must be received no later than 5:00 pm on October 31, 2025.
