PUBLIC NOTICE
The Caldwell Parish Police Jury("Entity") hereby solicits sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Disaster Recovery Program Management Services for all federally declared disaster events, past, present, and future, affecting Caldwell Parish Police Jury, including all incorporated and unincorporated governmental subdivisions, taxing authorities, boards, commissions, and districts within its jurisdiction.
Services will include program management, grants management, compliance, financial, and administrative support for disaster recovery and mitigation programs funded by:
• FEMA Public Assistance (PA)
• FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)
• FEMA Category Z – Management Costs
• HUD Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR)
• HUD Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT)
• State disaster recovery funds
• Local funds and insurance proceeds
• Any other applicable federal or state funding source
This procurement is conducted in accordance with:
• Louisiana Public Bid Law (La. R.S. 38:2211 et seq.)
• Louisiana Procurement Code (if applicable)
• 2 C.F.R. Part 200 (Uniform Guidance)
• FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG)
