Call for Election

Call for Election The Board of Directors of Electrical District Number Seven hereby calls for an election to be held for the offices of Director and Secretary/Treasurer on Saturday, January 9, 2027. Nominating petitions can be filed by a candidate at the District office located at 14629 West Peoria Avenue, Waddell, Arizona 85355 anytime between Wednesday, August 12, 2026 and Friday, September 11, 2026. There is only only candidate for each open position expected to file nomination papers. The District expects that the election will be cancelled pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-410. As such, any write-in candidate nomination papers must be filed by a candidate at the District office located at 14629 West Peoria Avenue, Waddell, Arizona, 85355 no later than Friday, September 25, 2026 in order to avoid having the election cancelled. The polls will be open at 10:00 a.m. and will close at 2:00 p.m. The polling place shall be the District office, located at 14629 West Peoria Avenue, Waddell, Arizona 85355. R.D.
