This cause came to be heard on the 8th day of December, 2025 upon the Plaintiff's Motion for Publication. It appears from the Plaintiff's Motion for Publication, the affidavit for publication, statements of the Plaintiff's counsel, and the entire record, that the Defendant, Connie M. Rhodes, cannot be served with the ordinary process of law for the following reasons:
1. Plaintiff attempted to serve Defendant, Connie M. Rhodes, through a private process server at Defendant's last known address located at 13330 Tireman Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48228. Despite atempting service multiple times at the last known address of the Defendant, no current place of residence or contact information was able to be obtained to properly serve the Defendant.
2. As of the filing of this Motion, Plaintiff does not know the exact whereabouts of Defendant for service to be accomplished.
3. It is therefore Ordered, that said Defendant enter an appearance thirty (30) days after the last publication and file an answer to the complaint, or judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. A copy of this order is to be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in Detroit Free Press, the local newspaper for Detroit, Michigan.
The last known address for the Defendant is 13330 Tireman Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48228.
