Case No. 25-04-1807P The City of Cape Coral Community Development Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Pine Island Road to the north, Judd Creek Boulevard to the east and Yellow Fever Creek to the west and south. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Yellow Fever East Branch from NE Pine Island Road to a point approximately 840 feet south of NE Pine Island Road and revised along Yellow Fever Main Branch from NE Pine Island Road to a point approximately 1,040 feet south of NE Pine Island Road. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall narrow for both Yellow Fever Main and East Branch, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease along Yellow Fever Creek and East Branch Yellow Fever Creek and be established for the unnamed ponding areas and lakes and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase and decrease along Yellow Fever Creek and East Branch Yellow Fever Creek and will be established along the unnamed ponding areas and lakes within the area of revision.
