Cedar Commons is a 74-unit community for seniors that are sixty-two (62) years of age or older, or persons under 62 with a disability requiring the features of an accessible unit, that follows the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 8 Program. Eligibility criteria: Income limits apply and applicants must pass credit, criminal and landlord reference checks. Utilities: Water, sewage, and trash is included. Residents pay for Electric and Gas.
