Cell Tower Balloon Test Public Notice - 103 Bond Road, Charlton, MA EVENT DATE: Saturday, March 14, 2026 – 8:00am to 12:00pm PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF CHARLTON Blue Sky Towers IV, LLC d/b/a BSTMA IV, LLC (the "Applicant" ) has applied for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review from the Town of Charlton Planning Board to construct a multi-user wireless communications facility consisting of a 120-foot monopole style tower (126' to top of highest appurtenance – lightning rod) at 103 Bond Road, Charlton, MA 01507 with a Parcel ID of 58-B-1. The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed 120-foot monopole style tower by means of a balloon raised at and to the height of the proposed tower. The Visibility Demonstration will be held from 8:00 am to 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026, wind and weather conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on Saturday, March 14, 2026, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled to the following Saturday, March 21, 2026, wind and weather conditions permitting.
