The applicant proposes to hydro-rake by pulling vegetation to maintain swimming and fishing access. The proposed action will create approximately 0.86 acres (37,461.6 square feet) of permanent disturbance within a
Class 2 NYS protected Freshwater Wetland and a NYS protected stream, Coopertown Brook (Class C(T), WIN:
Conn. 15-4-2-1). The project is located at 355 Coopers Town Road in the Town of Dover, Dutchess County.
