Cinnaminson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment
TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday the 6th day of May, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the application can be heard, the Cinnaminson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing concerning an application by the undersigned for property located at 1110 Parry Ave, Block 1606, Lot 5, as shown on the Cinnaminson Township Tax Map. The Board will hear and consider the application of the undersigned for bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70 (c) to add a canopy over stairs in violation of Section 330-100A-2, of the Code of the Township of Cinnaminson, together with any ancillary bulk variances or waivers that may be deemed necessasry by the Board in connection with the architect's proposal during the course of review. After the public hearing is closed, the board will deliberate and take action on the application, either that evening or at a subsequent meeting. The hearing will take place at the Cinnaminson Township Municipal Building, 1621 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson,NJ, at which time any interested party may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, and present comments, evidence or testimony. Any interested party will be able to appear and fully participate in the hearing in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, including providing comments or offering exhibits. Application documents and maps are on file in the office of the Zoning Board Secretary and are available for public inspection by contacting Bevery Russell, Zoning Board Secretary, at 856-829-6000, ext. 2313, or brussell@cinnaminsonnj.org, during regular business hours. Please note that the Zoning Board of Adjustment, acting in a quasi-judicial capacity, will not accept or consider written statements, letters, or petitions from people who do not appearat the public hearing and provide sworn testimony subject to cross-examination.
