Cinnaminson Twp Zoning Board of Adjustment
TAKE NOTICE that on the 6th day of May, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the application can be heard, the Cinnaminson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing concerning an application by the undersigned for the property located at 5 A Par Drive, Block 1201, Lot 6.01, as shown on the Cinnaminson Township Tax Map.
The Board will hear and consider the application of the undersigned for bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) to permit construction of a single family dwelling which will result in a lot width of approximately 112 feet which otherwise would be in violation of Section § 525-21 (A) of the Code of the Township of Cinnaminson, which requires the width of the lot shall be not less than 150 feet at the building line. The applicant is seeking this relief together with any ancillary bulk variances or waivers that may be deemed necessary by the Board in connection with the application during the course of review and testimony.
This hearing will take place at the Cinnaminson Township Municipal Building, 1621 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, New Jersey, at which time any interested party may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, and present comments, evidence, or testimony; and, fully participate at the hearing in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, including providing comments and offering exhibits. After the public hearing is closed, the Board will deliberate and take action on the application, either that evening or at a subsequent meeting.
Please note that this notice serves as a continuing notice, meaning that if the hearing is postponed or adjourned to another date, no further written notice will be provided. The new hearing date will be announced at the originally scheduled meeting.

Please note that the Zoning Board of Adjustment, acting in a quasi-judicial capacity, will not accept or consider written statements, letters, or petitions from people who do not appear at the public hearing and provide sworn testimony subject to cross-examination.
