To the named respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Michael A Colon of Worcester, MA in the above captioned matter requesting that the court make a determination that the Guardian and/or Conservator should be allowed to resign; or should be removed for good cause; or that the Guardianship and/or Conservationship is no longer necessary and therefore should be terminated. The orginial petition is on file with the court.
