To: Genesis Cuevas, of New Bedford in the County of Bristol, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., of Flint, ME, and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Isaac A. Barboza, of Fall River in the County of Bristol, representing that he holds as Joint Tenant an undivided share of certain land lying in New Bedford, in said County, briefly described as follows:
Property Address: 17 Salisbury Street, New Bedford, MA 02744.
BEGINNING at a point in the west line of Salisbury Street two hundred eighty-seven and 50/100 (287.50) feet distance southerly therein from the point of intersection of the south line of Cove Street with the west line of Salisbury Street; thence WESTERLY in the line of land now or formerly of Catherine Morris eighty (80) feet; thence SOUTHERLY forty-one and 50/100 (41.50) feet to land now or formerly of James and Eleanor Graham; thence EASTERLY in line of the last named land eighty (80) feet to the west line of Salisbury Street; and thence NORTHERLY in said west line of Salisbury Street forty-one and 50/100 (41.50) feet to the point of beginning.
CONTAINING twelve and 19/100 (12.19) rods, more or less.
Setting forth that he desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Four Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand ($425,000.00) Dollars, and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and to make sale and conveyance of all of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided, either at private sale or public auction, and to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto, you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Taunton, Massachusetts, before 10:00 a.m. on April 3, 2026, the return day of this citation.

It is ordered that notice of said proceeding be given by delivering or mailing by registered or certified mail a copy of the foregoing citation to all persons interested whose addresses are known at least fourteen (14) days before said return day; and if any person is not so served, by mailing a copy thereof to the last known address of such person at least fourteen (14) days before said return day; and by publishing a copy thereof once in each week for three successive weeks in The Standard-Times, a newspaper published in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the last publication to be at least seven (7) days before said return day.
