City Council Workshop The Knoxville City Council will hold a workshop on 2/26/2026 at 6:00pm in the Main Assembly Room of the City-County Building. Knoxville-Knox County Planning staff will provide Councilmembers with an overview of the rezoning and plan amendment request process from application submittal through legislative review. Staff will also provide a preliminary overview of the upcoming Comprehensive Plan process. The media and public are welcome to attend.
