City of Algoma - Ordinance Approvals On October 7th, 2025 the City of Algoma Common Council approved the following ordinances: Ordinance No. 858, an ordinance recreating Chapter 111 Subdivisions, Section 111-8, Division of Less than a Subdivision as it relates to Certified Survey Map approvals. Ordinance No. 856, an ordinance amending Chapter 40 Taxation, Article II Room Tax, Section 40-24 as it relates to imposition of Tax on Furnishing Rooms, Lodging, or Sites.
