City of Asbury Park Notice of Determination PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Asbury Park Planning Board did on March 16, 2026, formally adopt a resolution memorializing the action of the City of Asbury Park Planning Board taken at its hearing on December 1, 2025, denying an amendment of its previously approved Minor Site Plan for the applicant, Isabella's In Charge, Inc. d/b/a Asbury Ale House, to modify conditions nos. 5 and 7 of a Resolution, dated March 7, 2022, relative to the design of the roll-up garage door and security personnel, and approving an amendment to condition no. 10 increasing the number of bar stools at the exterior counter to 8 from 5, at premises located at 531 Cookman Avenue, Asbury Park, New Jersey, also known as Block 3104, Lot 1, on the official tax map of the City of Asbury Park, New Jersey. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution and minutes of the meetings of the Planning Board of the City of Asbury Park are on file in the Planning & Redevelopment Department, City Hall, One Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, New Jersey, and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
