City of Asbury Park Notice of Determination PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Asbury Park Zoning Board of Adjustment did on March 24, 2026, formally adopt a resolution memorializing the action of the City of Asbury Park Zoning Board of Adjustment taken at its hearing on April 22, 2025, interpreting in favor of the Applicant, 807 Summerfield Development, LLC, that site plan approval under the Main Street Redevelopment Plan is not required if either an existing permitted non-residential use is being changed to a new permitted non-residential use is being proposed in an existing building or there is no proposed alteration to any site conditions of the building or exterior spaces within the property/development within which the new non-residential use is proposed. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution and minutes of the meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Asbury Park are on file at City Hall, One Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, New Jersey, and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
