City of Asbury Park - Public Notice
Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Asbury Park did on December 9, 2025 formally adopt a resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its August 12, 2025 and November 18, 2025 hearings approving the installation of an accessory dwelling unit with bulk variances to applicant Robert Yanosey for premises known as Block 2803, Lot 4 on the official tax map of the City of Asbury Park, New Jersey. The Board approved the renovation of the existing garage into a new Accessory Dwelling Unit with: 1. A bulk variance permitting a side yard setback for the garage of 2.2 ft. where 5.0 ft. is required, and 2. A bulk variance permitting a rear yard setback for the garage of 2.8 ft. where 3.0 ft. is required. Both deficiencies are are pre-existing in nature.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution and minutes of the meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Asbury Park are on file at City Hall, One Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, New Jersey and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
