City of Bonita Springs Notice of Public Hearings on Proposed Ordinances Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Bonita Springs, Florida will hold Second Reading Public Hearings at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Bonita Springs City Hall, Council Chambers, 9101 Bonita Beach Road SE, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34135, to consider adoption of the following titled Ordinances: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PETITION OF BONITA SPRINGS UTILITIES, INC., TO INCREASE ITS WATER AID-TO-NEW CONSTRUCTION FEES, CERTAIN MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE CHARGES, AND CREATION OF A NEW RV/MOBILE HOME RATE CLASS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AMENDING DIVISION 1 ("GENERALLY"), DIVISION 2 ("LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY"), DIVISION 3 ("PLANNING COMMISSION, LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY"), AND DIVISION 4 ("ZONING BOARD") OF ARTICLE II, "ADMINISTRATION," CHAPTER 4, "ZONING," OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; RENAMING DIVISION 2 AS "PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD"; PROVIDING FOR MEMBERSHIP, POWERS, DUTIES, AND PROCEDURES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinances.
