City of Bordentown Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Bordentown ("City") Planning Board (the "Board") will hold public hearing on November 3, 2025 at 7:00pm, at 207 Crosswicks Street, Bordentown, NJ 08505, on the application of Leaping Dog Art Studios, LLC ("Applicant") for a site plan waiver in order to permit an art studio on the premises located at 1 1/2 Crosswicks Street, Bordentown, NJ 08505 and designated as Block 1007 Lot 22 on the Municipal Tax Map. Applicant also requests any additional variance relief, waivers or other approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board and/or its professional staff and which may arise during the review and processing of the application. The public hearing may be continued without further notice on such additional or other dates as the Board may determine. At least 10 days prior to the public hearing, all application materials, including, but not llimited to, plans and elevations, will be on file at the Bordentown City Administration Building at 101 E. Park Street, Bordentown, New Jersey 08505, and available to the public for inspection during the City's regular business hours. You may appear at the public hearing on the application either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any comments, questions, objections, or evidence you may have in connection with the application.
