City of Bronson PUBLIC NOTICE Adoption of Ordinance No. 222 - Amendment 2 The City Council of the City of Bronson, at its regular meeting held Monday, September 8, 2025, passed Amendment 2 to Ordinance No. 222, an ordinance of the City of Bronson permitting the use of golf carts and utility task vehicles (UTVs) on city streets under specified conditions. This amendment revises Section (j) of Ordinance No. 222 to adjust the permitted hours of operation. Golf carts and UTVs are now prohibited from operating within the City of Bronson during the period beginning one half hour before sunset through one half hour after sunrise. All other requirements of Ordinance No. 222 remain unchanged. This ordinance amendment shall become effective ten (10) days after this publication.
