City of Buckeye NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Buckeye City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, to be held at the City Council Chambers, located at 530 E Monroe Avenue at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing all persons for or against the following request: Case No. PLZM-25-0029: Request by Garrett Development Corporation for the approval of an Annexation of approximately 50 acres located southeast of the southeast corner of Turner Road and Lower Buckeye Road alignment within Section 23, Township 1 North, Range 4 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian. The Property is proposed to be entitled and developed for industrial land uses in future entitlements.
