• PLN-TXT-26-05 – Text Amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), Short-Term Rentals (STRs), minimum lot sizes for attached single-family homes (townhomes), and freestanding signs.
• PLN-TXT-26-06 - Text Amendment to Chapter 121 of the City Code of Ordinances regarding Mobile Food Vendors.
