The City of Easley Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting for the following items:
Item No. 1 - Review and vote on a variance application for a addition to an accessory structure. The proposed structure will be 1,368 sf, which will exceed the maximum allowed area of 1,200 SF. The address is 137 Cherokee Road (TM# 5018-07-67-3919). The applicant is Donald "Nich" Roe of the same address
Item No. 2 - Review and vote on a variance application for an accessory structure. The proposed structure will be 2,000 sf, which will exceed the maximum allowed area of 1,200 SF. The address is 104 Timberlane Drive (TM# 5028-08-98-6873). The applicant is Nathaniel Aldrich of the same address.
Item No. 3 - Review and vote on a variance application for reduction in the front setback for a builing addition to be used as a garage. The address is 301 Oakfield Ave. (TM# 5029-14-32-7826). The applicant is Erika Moody of the same address
