City of Fernley Notice of Adoption of Ordinance NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill #362 was adopted as ordinance 2025-007 amending Title 32, Chapter 9, Section 090 (Landscaping and Screening) of the Fernley Development Code to update the location and design reuirementments for trash enclosures and update the screening requirements for mechanical and electrical equipment and facilities; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. Introduced ON 9/3/2025. Adopted on 9/17/2025, by a unanimous vote of the Fernley City Council. THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 20 DAYS AFTER PUBLICATION.
