City of Fernley Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Fernley City Council will hold a public hearing for consideration, discussion, and possible action regarding Bill 364 associated with CA25003, an Ordinance amending Title 32, Chapter 9, Section 200 – Home Occupations to update the use standards, including, but not limited to, prohibited home occupations, limitations on employees, vehicles, and total floor area, and clerical corrections. The public hearing will take place on September 17, 2025 at 5 PM, Fernley City Hall – Council Chambers, 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV.
