City of Marine City NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL LAND USE APPLICATION Residents, owners of real property, and other interested persons, please take notice that the City of Marine City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the Marine City Municipal Offices, 260 South Parker St., Marine City, Michigan 48039, to consider an application for special land use, as follows: SPECIAL LAND USE APPLICATION NO. 25-01: Applicant, Marine City Homes, LLC. is requesting per Section 160.270 of the Zoning Ordinance, Planning Commission approval for adaptive reuse of an existing structure, which is currently zoned R1-A, Single Family Residential. The legal description of the subject property, commonly known as 425 Jefferson Street, Marine City, Michigan, is as follows: LOT 5 EX THE W 37 FT THEREOF BLK 9 MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MARINE T3N R16E SEC 01. Comments regarding this Special Land Use application will be received at the Public Hearing.
