City of Menasha Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in the First Floor Conference Rooms of Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI to hear the request of: Calson Bynoe, 1146 Southfield Drive, (Parcel No. 7-00146-00), Menasha. The applicant is requesting to maintain a swimming pool and associated pool accessory structure (deck) which have been placed closer to the front yard setback line of the main building. Absent a variance, the placement of the pool and associated pool accessory structure are not permitted per Menasha Code of Ordinances, Sec. 13-1-89 Swimming Pools.
