City of Menasha - Board of Zoning Appeals - Public Hearing City of Menasha Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on September 12, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. in First Floor Conference Rooms of Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI to hear the request of: Michael Lawniczak, 737 and 741 Second Street, Menasha – the applicant is requesting a fence within the front yard setback at the vacant property located at 741 Second Street (Parcel No. 5-00159-01). Absent a variance, the six-foot solid fence within the front yard setback (twenty-five feet or the prevailing setback), would not be allowed in a R-1 Single Family Residence District. The proposed fence encroaches upon the required front yard setback as well as height restrictions. All interested people objecting to or supporting this variance are requested to be present.
