NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED SPECIAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held before the City of Menasha Common Council on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 6:00 P.M., in the first-floor conference rooms of the Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, for the purpose of considering a Special Use Permit.
A Special Use Permit application has been initiated by the owner, Victor Cavazos, in the matter of approval of a Special Use Permit to allow outdoor storage of equipment. The owner proposes to continue the storage of his lawn and landscaping business equipment on the property, outside of the business dwelling, located at N8910 Oneida Street. Per Sec. 13-1-29(c)(20), any use which utilizes outdoor storage or outdoor display of merchandise or equipment is required to obtain a Special Use Permit.

A parcel of land in the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section Seven (7), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Eighteen (18) East, in the City of Menasha, Calumet County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 7 a distance of 214 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North on the West line of the said Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ 150 feet; thence East 243 feet; thence South 150 feet; thence West 243 feet to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom that part lying within the right of way limits of USH 10 as laid out under Department of Transportation Project 1501-1-21, STH 114-Appleton Rd.
