NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED REZONING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held before the City of Menasha Common Council on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:00 P.M., in the first-floor conference rooms of the Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, for the purpose of considering a zoning change.
A rezoning request has been initiated by Davel Engineering on behalf of John Lorbiecki, property owner, in the matter of amending Title 13 (Zoning Code) of the City of Menasha Municipal Code for the below described real estate, which is currently zoned C-1 General Commercial District. The owner and applicant propose to rezone the property to R-1 Single Family Residence District. The R-1 Single Family Residence District is intended to provide for low density single family residential development and to restrict the development of uses that generate high volumes of noise and traffic.

Area being Part of Lots 103, 149, and 150, in Block "A" of the Plat of the Town of the Island; Located in Part Government Lot 1 Section 22, Township 20 North, Range 17 East, Also in the Third Ward, City of Menasha, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
