City of Menasha Request for Proposals Pre-Demolition Environmental Services For Commercial Building - 325 Broad Street, Menasha, WI Pursuant to Section 62.15(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes (estimated cost of public construction exceeds $5,000 but is not greater than $25,000), the City of Menasha is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assist the City in removing known environmental hazards found at 325 Broad Street, Menasha, WI. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 25th at 9am at 325 Broad Street to walk through the building. Staff will be on hand to answer questions. Contractors should email Andrew Dane at adane@menashawi.gov to receive a copy of the pre-demolition asbestos and lead-based paint testing results.
