City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment
TAKE NOTICE that on the 7th day of May, 2026, at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment in the 4th Floor Richard C. McCarthy Commission Chamber, 12 S. High Street Millville, New Jersey, on the application of the Nicholas Manion for a variance or other relief so as to permit:
The Application regards property known as 1910 E. Broad Street, Block 348, Lot 12. The property is located in the LDR zone. Applicant seeks: 1) non-conforming certification in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-68 as to the property and the structures situate thereon; 2) Use Variance relief to permit mixed use of the property for single family residential and Applicant's specialty glass fabrication business; 3) waiver of site plan; and 4) if the Board determines that non-conforming certification is not applicable, then in the alternative, Applicant's seeks any and all necessary bulk variance relief, including, but not necessarily limited to, lot frontage, lot area, lot width, setbacks (front, side and rear). Although Applicant believes no other relief is necessary, Applicant seeks any and all variances and waivers as showing on the plan submitted herewith or within any other document filed in support of this application or as deemed necessary and/or appropriate by the Zoning Board in order to approve the within application. Applicant and Applicant's professionals will provide testimony at the time of the hearing as to any required variances and/or design waivers.
The subject premises is located at 1910 E. Broad Street and designated as Block 348, Lot 12 on the City of Millville Tax Map.
