City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment - Teddy Dempsey Sr.
TAKE NOTICE that on the 7th day of May, at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment in the 4th Floor Richard C. McCarthy Commission Chamber, 12 S. High Street Millville, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a "C" Bulk variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit applicant to construct a single-family dwelling on N. Vine Street at Block 390 Lot 10. This parcel fronts on N. Vine Street with frontage of 81.48 feet and depth of 55 feet with an irregular angled line to the east. The property is capable of housing a single-family dwelling with conforming side yards and requires variance for front yard set back and rear yard set back. Applicant proposes to maintain the same setbacks that are established in the line of homes already constructed along Vine Street and specially matching the neighboring parcel at lot 11. Accordingly, the applicant seeks the following variances:
1. Minimum lot depth of 55 feet is preexisting where 100 feet is required by the zone
2. Front yard set back of 15.8 feet where 25 feet is required.
3. Rear yard set back of 8.9 feet where 35 feet is required.
Applicant seeks such further variances and waivers as may be identified as necessary following municipal review for the premises located at N Vine Street and designated as Block 390 Lot 10 on the City of Millville Tax Map.
