City of Naples Airport Authority RFP 2026-021 GAT Rental Car Concessions The City of Naples Airport Authority (the "Authority"), an independent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida (the "Authority") will receive electronic proposals from qualified firms ("Respondent") interested in entering into a Rental Car Concession Agreement ("Agreement") for the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) located at 160 Aviation Dr. North, Naples, FL 34104. It is the intent of the Authority to enter into Agreements with up to two (2) qualified firms. Request for Proposal (RFP) packages must be received electronically by the City of Naples Airport Authority through www.demandstar.com no later than 9 AM (EST) on September 3, 2026. All proposals will be opened in a public meeting at this time and date at 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104, 2nd Floor, Larson Conference Room. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2 PM (EST) on July 29, 2026, at General Aviation Terminal, 160 Aviation Drive North, 2nd Floor, Larson Conference Room, Naples, FL 34104. The Authority adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to Airport services, programs, and activities.
