City of New Bedford, Massachusetts Request for Proposals #26171038 Revolving Loan Fund Grant Fiscal Management Services The City of New Bedford is seeking proposals from qualified and responsible fund managers to perform grant management services. The Fund Manager will assist the City with marketing the program and to underwrite, structure, and service loans in accordance with the City of New Bedford's Cooperative Agreement with the EPA and the Final Checklist for RLF Loans and Subgrants. The Fund Manager will require financial statements, evidence of secured financing, and proposed loan use. The Fund Manager will advertise the availability of the RLF in its newsletters and other electronic and printed materials. This project is solicited in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B.
