City of Petoskey Ordinance No. 806 Dangerous Buildings Ordinance The City of Petoskey Ordains: Section 1. Addition of a New Article III to Chapter 13. The City of Petoskey Code of Ordinances is amended by the addition of a new Article III to Chapter 13, which reads in its entirety as follows: ARTICLE III. – DANGEROUS BUILDINGS Sec. 13-22. – Unlawful Conduct. It is unlawful for any owner, agent or other person in control thereof to keep or maintain any building or dwelling or part thereof which is a dangerous building as defined in this Ordinance. This Ordinance shall take effect fourteen (14) days following its enactment. Adopted, enacted, and ordained by the City of Petoskey City Council this 15th day of September, 2025.
