Letters of Office were issued to Bobbi D. Themanson, as Independent Executor, whose attorney is Andrew L. Youngquist, Attorney at Law, 106 Market Alley Street, Monmouth, Illinois, 61462. Every claim must be in writing and must set forth the nature of the claim. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, in the Warren County Courthouse, Monmouth, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before March 10, 2026 or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, as amended, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorneys within ten days after it has been filed.
