MARTIN, ) 2026PR8 Deceased. ) CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given to creditors of the death of David L. Martin of Monmouth, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued to Kay L. Parker as Independent Executor whose attorney is Andrew L. Youngquist, Attorney at Law, 106 Market Alley Street, Monmouth, Illinois, 61462. Every claim must be in writing and must set forth the nature of the claim. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, in the Warren County Courthouse, Monmouth, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before September 18, 2026 or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, as amended, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
