MARSH, JR., Deceased. CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of TRACY L. MARSH, JR.. of Winnebago, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on December 19, 2025, to TROY MARSH, 1203 Lakeview Drive, Rochelle, IL 61068, who is the legal representative of the Estate. The attorney for the Estate is JAMES C. THOMPSON of the Law Offices of SHRIVER, O'NEILL & THOMPSON, 515 North Court Street, Rockford, Illinois, 61103-6807. Claims against the Estate may be filed on or before JULY 14, 2026 that date being at least six (6) months from the date of first publication, or within three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to creditors, if mailing or delivery is required by Section 18-3 of the Illinois Probate Act, 1975 as amended, whichever date is later. Any claim not filed by the requisite date stated above shall be barred. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the WINNEBAGO County Circuit Clerk--Probate Division at the WINNEBAGO COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 400 W. STATE STREET, ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS, 61101, or with the Estate legal representative, or both. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Clerk's Office--Probate Division, must be mailed or delivered to the Estate legal representative and to the attorney for the Estate within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
