Case No. 2026-PR-2 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to creditors of the death of HERSCHEL T. TUCKER, Deceased. Letters of Office were issued on the 8th day of January, 2026, to MARGARET F. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Tazewell County, Tazewell County Courthouse, 342 Court Street #204, Pekin, Illinois 61554, or with the attorney of record on or before the 19th day of July, 2026 or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by § 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
