No. 2026PR14 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of JUDY K. PETERS, of 112 Fairway Dr., Blandinsville, IL 61420. Letters of Office were issued on the 12th day of March, 2026, to WENDY KREPS, whose mailing address is: 400 S. Harrison, Blandinsville, IL 61420, as Executor, and whose attorney is Kurt R. Dittmer, Rasmussen and Dittmer, LLC, P.O. Box 509, La Harpe, IL 61450. Every claim filed must be filed in writing and state sufficient information to notify the representative of the nature of the claim or of this relief sought. Claims against the estate may be filed within six (6) months from the date of first publication of this claim notice. Any claim not filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication or claims not filed within three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to Creditor, whichever is later, shall be barred. Claims may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the McDonough County Courthouse, Macomb Illinois or with the Legal Representative, or both.
