No. 2026PR33 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of JAMES CARROLL OLSON, of 501 S. Chestnut Street, Blandinsville, IL 61420. Letters of Office were issued on the 4th day of June, 2026, to WENDY OLSON, whose mailing address is: 501 S. Chestnut Street, Blandinsville, IL 61420, as Executor, and whose attorney is Kurt R. Dittmer, Rasmussen and Dittmer, LLC, P.O. Box 509, La Harpe, IL 61450. Every claim filed must be filed in writing and state sufficient information to notify the representative of the nature of the claim or of this relief sought. Claims against the estate may be filed within six (6) months from the date of first publication of this claim notice. Any claim not filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication or claims not filed within three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to Creditor, whichever is later, shall be barred. Claims may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the McDonough County Courthouse, Macomb Illinois or with the Legal Representative, or both. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the legal representative and to his attorney of record within ten (10) days after it is filed.
