Claim Publication Notice IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WARREN COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF Jose R. Godina, Deceased 2026PR10 NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HEIRS AND CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given to any UNKNOWN HEIRS OF Jose R. Godina, Deceased, who are heirs in the above proceeding for a intestate estate and whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition for letters of office, that an order appointing independent administrator was entered by the court on March 13, 2026. NOTICE is also given of the death of Jose R. Godina. Letters of office were issued on March 13, 2026, to Maria R. Godina, as independent administrator, whose attorney is Patrick C. Egan, Egan Law, 2101 Windish Drive, Galesburg, IL 61401, for the decedent's estate. Claims against the estate must be filed on or before September 30, 2026. Any claim not filed by that date is barred. Every claim filed must be in writing and state sufficient information to notify the representative of the nature of the claim or other relief sought. Claims may either be filed with the attorney of the estate or in the office of the WARREN County Circuit Clerk, Warren County Courthouse, Monmouth, Illinois 61462, or both. If filed with the court, the claimant, within 10 days after filing his or her claim with the court, shall: 1. Cause a copy of the claim to be mailed or delivered to the representative and to her attorneys, unless the representative or her attorney have, in writing, either consented to the allowance of the claim or waived mailing or delivery of copies. 2.
