MODEEN, whose last known address was 00150 North Advance Road, East Jordan, MI 49727 died February 19, 2026. By Trust indenture dated the 20th day of February, 2012, the decedent established the HAROLD A. MODEEN Declaration of Trust. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee, Vicky L.
