Cleveland Community College is soliciting sealed bids from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of the Student Services Center Project, located on the College's campus in Shelby, North Carolina.
The project will be delivered using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) method in accordance with applicable North Carolina General Statutes. Bids will be accepted for multiple trade packages including, but not limited to: site work, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, doors and hardware, glazing, finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and associated work. See bid documents for bid packages to be included in the first round of bidding.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 11, 2026 at 2:00 pm. This will be held on a Teams Meeting. Attendance is Strongly Encouraged.
Sealed bids will be received until March 26, 2026 at 1:00 pm

This advertisement includes a make-up bid date for bid packages that do not meet the bid day requirements and will need to be rebid. For example, if 3 bids are not received. This make up bid date is April 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm, at the location and time identified in the bidding documents and instruction to bidders and as noted above.
Bid documents, pre-qualification information, and additional project details will be made available prior to the bidding period. Only subcontractors prequalified by the Construction Manager will be permitted to submit bids.
