Cleveland County Water -- Notice of Public Hearing and Written Comment Period CCW System Development Fee analysis (DRAFT 2-25-26) The Board of Commissioners of Cleveland County Water will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard). The purpose of the hearing is to take public comments concerning the CCW System Development Fee analysis (Draft 2-25-26) in accordance with NCGS 162A-200 Article 8 ("System Development Fees"). The System Development Fee analysis applies to new construction, development or new connections to the CCW water system. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners' usual meeting room, located at the Cleveland County Water Office Building, 715 Polkville Road, Shelby, NC 28150. All interested persons will be heard. The CCW System Development Fee analysis can be viewed online at www.clevelandcountywater.com on the home page in the Events/Public Notices box.
