The following agenda Items were approved: 1.Minutes of August 19, 2025 Regular Board Meeting Minutes 2.Monthly List of Bills and Payroll 3.Approved Resolution 2025-10 – Amend Fees and Costs Pursuant to Ordinance 12-B Soil Excavation Sites and Landfills 4.Approved Resolution 2025-11–Investment & Depository Designation 5.Approved the 2025 Request for Local Millage Distribution 6.Approved Resolution 2025-12-2026 Local Road Funding Program 7.Approved the Insurance Renewal for 10/1/25-10/1/2026 8.Approved a bid from Alpha Fence to Repair/Replace Fence at Bill Bearss Park 9.
