Our sweet little Coco Beans passed away recently. She had a marvelously long and healthy (She almost lost her very happy tail a few times and had more than her fair share of ear infections but it never slowed her down) 14 and 1/2 years on this earth with us. Coco always loved a holiday... she made us a family of three a couple days before Memorial Day weekend in 2007 and left us on Labor Day 2022 as part of the Feldmann Five. We are thankful we were with her at the end enjoying the warm sun and able to say our 'see you laters' all together.
Our Beaners LOVED playing ball... ENTIRE afternoons were dedicated to playing ball in the summer. She loved the kids, she loved her sisters Libbie and Indi and her brother Baron, she loved her friends Sadie and Roxie. She loved swimming at the lake or the pool, but hated getting wet in the rain. She loved every spring when her duck friends Martha and Willard would come home to our yard to raise their family. While not a fan of fireworks, Wii bowling and thunder, she was ALWAYS up for a car ride to get an ice cream cone and loved sharing cheez-its and string cheese with her daddy. She had her grandmas, uncles and aunties wrapped around her paw. She made me a very happy helicopter mom.
While she gave us a run for our money through the years (countless books, magazines, comforters, bed toppers, rooms of carpet, an heirloom rolling pin and more crates than we can count destroyed) she brought so much happiness and joy to us.
It will take us a while to get used to being a family of four again, but we are content with the wonderful life she had. We know she will be playing ball endlessly in heaven.
We love you Coco M. Feldmann. You are forever in our hearts.
